Contains a verse that begins "O, Should some tameless Jingua there" - This spelling was the name preferred for the Amistad captives' leader Sengbe Pieh, by William Burleigh (see The Christian Witness 2:36:1 (Pittsburgh PA) (September 25, 1839). Spies, in her thesis, thought this to be a separate poem. It has been deleted from this catalogue, since it is present in this work.
