Commandments
I am GOD, and I alone;
Bow the knee beside to none;
Take thou not my name in vain,
And my Sabbaths ne’er profane;
Honor sire and mother still;
Fellow men thou shalt not kill;
Foul adultery ever shun;
Take dishonestly from none;
Lying witness never bear;
Covet not thy neighbor’s share.

- A rhyming gloss of the Ten Commandments. In the Small Scrapbook it is in a printed copy, but the font and style are unfamiliar to me. I'd guess this is an early work from its placement within this Small Scrapbook.
