South Asians in Silicon Valley: Our Inaugural Exhibit
The South Asians in Silicon Valley program's goal is to record the South Asian experience in Silicon Valley, share it with our Bay Area communities, and preserve these rich histories for generations to come. We focus on South Asians who are from or with origins in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka and who call Silicon Valley or the Bay Area their home. The first exhibit of our program focuses on four themes: food, religion, cricket, and activism and was viewable in person at the AAACNA Center on the 5th floor of King Library from April 1st to May 31st, 2024.
